Ingredients

  • 4 slices Thick-cut bacon
  • 1 piece Large egg
  • 2 slices Bread (sourdough or sandwich bread)
  • 1 medium Ripe tomato
  • 1 cup Lettuce (butter or romaine)
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Cook the bacon slices in the skillet until crispy, about 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove and set on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.
