Ingredients

  • 250 grams Rolled oats
  • 120 ml Honey
  • 60 ml Coconut oil
  • 40 grams Brown sugar
  • 50 grams Almonds (chopped)
  • 50 grams Pecans (chopped)
  • 25 grams Sunflower seeds
  • 20 grams Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 50 grams Raisins
  • 50 grams Dried cranberries

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the breadmaker by ensuring the pan and paddle are clean and properly installed.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, warm up the honey and coconut oil over low heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 3

Add the rolled oats, brown sugar, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, and salt to the breadmaker pan.

Step 4

Pour the warm honey and coconut oil mixture over the dry ingredients in the pan. Stir gently with a spatula to coat the ingredients evenly.

Step 5

Set the breadmaker to the jam or bake-only setting. Start the cycle and allow it to mix and toast the granola for about 60 minutes.

Step 6

About 5 minutes before the cycle ends, add the raisins and dried cranberries to the mixture, mixing gently to distribute them evenly.

Step 7

Once the cycle is complete, transfer the granola to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool completely. The granola will crisp up as it cools.

Step 8

Break the granola into clusters and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy with yogurt, milk, or as a snack!
