  • 2 pieces Green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 8 leaves Curry leaves
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Cut the bread slices into small bite-sized cubes and set aside.

Step 2

Heat a large pan or skillet over medium heat and add the oil.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.

Add the chopped green chilies and curry leaves, and sauté for a few seconds.

Add the chopped onions and cook until they turn translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
