Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm milk
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Bread flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Add the warm milk, melted butter, egg, honey, and salt to the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Add the bread flour on top of the wet ingredients and make a small well in the flour. Place the yeast in the well, ensuring it does not touch the liquid.
