Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Dried figs
  • 120 ml Brandy
  • 12 pieces Blanched almonds
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 60 g Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 package Puff pastry sheets
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar

Directions

Step 1

Place the dried figs in a small bowl and pour the brandy over them. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a deeper flavor.

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
