Ingredients

  • 12 oz bow tie pasta (farfalle)
  • 2 pcs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 pcs garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add bow tie pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
