Ingredients

  • 12 sheets phyllo dough sheets
  • 250 grams feta cheese
  • 150 grams ricotta cheese
  • 50 grams grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, crumble the feta cheese using a fork. Add ricotta cheese, grated parmesan, a beaten egg, fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the filling is well combined.
