Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1.5 cups Green grapes
  • 1.5 cups Pineapple chunks
  • 1 large Red apple
  • 1 large Banana
  • 0.25 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry all the fruits thoroughly.

Step 2

Hull the strawberries and cut them into quarters.

Step 3

Halve the green grapes, if desired, to make them bite-sized.

Step 4

Peel the red apple and chop it into small cubes. Toss the apple pieces in half of the lemon juice to prevent browning, then set aside.

Step 5

Peel the banana and slice it into thin rounds. Lightly toss the banana slices in the remaining lemon juice to keep them fresh and prevent discoloration.

Step 6

In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, pineapple chunks, apple cubes, and banana slices.

Step 7

In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh orange juice and honey until well combined.

Step 8

Pour the citrus-honey dressing over the mixed fruits in the bowl and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.

Step 9

Refrigerate the salad for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the fruit to chill.

Step 10

Serve the fruit salad in individual bowls or a large serving dish. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and enjoy!
