Ingredients

  • 4 cups Bok choy
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets

  • 0.5 teaspoons Red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Wash and chop bok choy into bite-sized pieces, separating the white stems from the leafy greens.

Step 2

Cut broccoli into small, even-sized florets.

Step 3

Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to create the stir fry sauce. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
