  • 50 grams Butter
  • 100 milliliters Milk

  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

1. Peel and cube the potatoes, then place them in a large pot with salted water.

2. Add the finely chopped kale on top of the potatoes. Do not stir.
