  • 125 ml Water
  • 60 g Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 75 g All-purpose flour
  • 2 pcs Large eggs
  • 60 g Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
