Ingredients

  • 20 whole Cherry tomatoes
  • 5 slices Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 1 stalk Green onion
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into small pieces once cooled.

Step 2

Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Using a small sharp knife, slice off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the seeds with a small spoon or the tip of the knife to create small hollow shells. Set aside.
