Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup Grape tomatoes
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 0.33 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.33 cup Greek yogurt (plain)

  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh chives

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown, then transfer them to the lined baking sheet.
