Ingredients

  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 medium Avocado
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease. Crumble the bacon into bite-sized pieces once cooled.

Step 2

While the bacon cooks, wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and add it to a large salad bowl.
