Ingredients

  • 16 large Button mushrooms
  • 4 oz Bleu cheese
  • 2 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and carefully remove the stems. Set the mushroom caps aside.

Step 3

Finely chop the mushroom stems and garlic.

Step 4

In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté the chopped mushroom stems and garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
