Ingredients

  • 450 grams Ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 125 grams All-purpose flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Butter (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish with butter.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant.
