Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops
  • 1.5 cups fresh blackberries
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, fresh or dried
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Season the pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper, and thyme. Set aside to rest for a few minutes.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the pork chops and sear for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
