  • 240 grams All-purpose flour
  • 60 grams Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 120 ml Cold water
  • 1 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Egg yolk

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and freshly ground black pepper.
