  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Fresh arugula

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, 1 minced clove of garlic, and Dijon mustard to create the garlic aioli. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
