Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef

  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley. Use clean hands or a spatula to gently mix until evenly combined. Do not overmix.
