Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas (10-inch size)
  • 12 slices Bacon, thick-cut
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 pieces Tomatoes, large
  • 1 piece Avocado, medium
  • 4 tablespoons Ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil or neutral cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 10 minutes, flipping as needed. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.
