  • 250 g Ground pork
  • 1 medium Red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 large Egg
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 100 g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork. Mix gently to combine.

Add the finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper into the meat mixture. Mix well using your hands or a spoon to evenly distribute the ingredients.
