  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 pieces Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin steak thinly across the grain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves.
