Ingredients

  • 450 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 30 ml oyster sauce
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 15 grams cornstarch
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 400 grams egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by marinating the beef. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and black pepper. Add the sliced beef into the mixture and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

While the beef is marinating, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
