Ingredients

  • 400 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 300 grams cooked egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and the cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the beef in batches to avoid overcrowding and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
