Ingredients

  • 800 grams beef sirloin
  • 150 grams plain yogurt
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 units garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 unit lemon
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes

Directions

Step 1

Cut the beef sirloin into 1.5-inch cubes and place them into a large bowl.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Add them to the bowl with the beef.

Add plain yogurt, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and the juice of one lemon to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well to coat the beef evenly.
