Ingredients

  • 500 grams Beef sirloin slices
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 150 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 12 pieces Toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lay out the beef sirloin slices on a clean cutting board and season both sides evenly with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
