  • 400 grams canned chopped tomatoes

  • 400 grams kidney beans
  • 250 milliliters beef stock
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves. Add them to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
