  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and the sesame oil. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
