Ingredients

  • 12 oz Bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat, and season with salt and black pepper. Remove the cooked beef from the skillet and set it aside.
