  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves

Directions

Step 1

Wash the green beans and cut them into 1-inch pieces. Peel the potatoes and dice them into small cubes.

Finely chop the onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, and green chili.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
