  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and set aside.

Mince the garlic cloves and thinly slice the Thai chilies. Set aside.

Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips and slice the small onion. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
