  • 250 g Digestive biscuits
  • 100 g Unsalted butter
  • 1 can (400g) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 whole Bananas
  • 300 ml Whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 25 g Dark chocolate (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

1. Prepare the base: Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin.
