  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Peel the bananas and cut each banana into 4 long, even sticks.

Set up three shallow bowls: one with the flour, one with the whisked eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with sugar and ground cinnamon.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or deep frying pan over medium heat. The oil should be about 1 inch deep.
