Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bananas
  • 200 grams Graham crackers
  • 100 grams Unsalted butter
  • 300 ml Heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 250 grams Cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Chocolate syrup

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

Step 2

Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.

Step 3

Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan or microwave, then mix it thoroughly with the graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated.

Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) pie pan or rectangular dish to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds and set them aside.
