Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 120 ml coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 30 grams shredded coconut
  • 60 grams dark chocolate (vegan, raw if possible)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Directions

Step 1

Peel and slice the bananas into chunks, then add them to a blender.

Step 2

Add the coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Pour the banana mixture evenly into 6 popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

While the popsicles are freezing, prepare the crunchy topping. Finely chop the almonds and mix with the shredded coconut in a bowl.
