  • 115 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 100 grams brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 120 grams chocolate chips (optional)
  • 50 grams chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add the unsalted butter (softened to room temperature), granulated sugar, and brown sugar to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined and creamy.
