Ingredients

  • 240 grams All-purpose flour
  • 3 medium Ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 115 grams Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 75 grams Brown sugar
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 60 milliliters Whole milk
  • 120 grams Caramel sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In another mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Add in the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
