Ingredients

  • 3 pieces ripe bananas
  • 240 ml soy milk
  • 120 g bran cereal

  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 piece egg

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease lightly with non-stick spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas using a fork until smooth.

Step 3

Add the soy milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Whisk together until well combined.
