  • 4 medium beets with greens attached

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the greens off the beets, leaving about 1 inch of the stems attached to the bulbs. Rinse the beets thoroughly to remove any dirt. Set the greens aside for later use.
