Ingredients

  • 16 oz ziti pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning blend
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ziti pasta until al dente, following package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 3

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
