  • 4 ounces Crab meat (lump)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Prepare the lobsters by placing them on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, carefully cut each lobster in half lengthwise, starting from the head and working your way down the tail. Remove the tomalley (green part) and rinse the cavity under cold water. Pat dry and place the lobster halves, shell-side down, on the prepared baking sheet.
