Ingredients

  • 2 Whole live lobsters
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Shallot, finely chopped
  • 3 ounces Cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 3 ounces Cooked scallops, chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Dry white wine
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2

Prepare the lobsters by placing them on their backs on a cutting board. Using a sharp chef's knife, split each lobster down the middle from head to tail. Remove the stomach, intestines, and tomalley (green part) but leave the shell and claws intact. Rinse the lobster halves under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 3

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped shallot, and sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant and softened.

Stir in the chopped shrimp and scallops, and cook for 2-3 minutes until just heated through. Remove the skillet from heat.
