  • 225 grams Cream cheese
  • 120 milliliters Sour cream
  • 120 milliliters Mayonnaise
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 100 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 150 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoons Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil, and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, 100 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth.

Step 6

Chop the cooked spinach into small pieces and stir it into the cream cheese mixture until evenly combined.

Step 7

Transfer the mixture to a 1.5-liter (1.5-quart) baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Step 8

Sprinkle the remaining 50 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Step 9

Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is melted and bubbly.

Step 10

Remove from the oven and let the dip cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 11

Serve warm with slices of crusty bread, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks.
