Ingredients

  • 500 grams Fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 grams Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 0.125 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside.

Wash the spinach thoroughly under cold water. Remove thick stems and drain well.

In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
