Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sea scallops
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the scallops in a single layer.

Step 2

Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper on both sides. Set aside.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and finely chopped parsley.
