Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Pat them dry with a towel and slice them into evenly sized sticks, about ½ inch thick.
