Ingredients

  • 4 large caps Portabella mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Step 2

Wipe the portabella mushroom caps with a damp paper towel to clean them. Carefully remove the stems and gently scrape out the gills using a spoon.
