Ingredients

  • 1 round (about 8 oz) Brie cheese wheel

  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon, freshly ground Black pepper
  • 1 sliced, for serving (optional) Crusty baguette

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Place the Brie cheese wheel in a small, oven-safe dish or a lined baking sheet.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary and thyme, honey, salt, and black pepper.
