  • 4 slices Gouda cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oven and drain excess grease on paper towels.

While the bacon is cooking, cut the ciabatta rolls in half horizontally. Spread butter on the cut side of each half.
